FAQ

1. What is Emerald Heat & Living?

Emerald Heat & Living is more than a store—it’s a movement. We offer outdoor heating, solar solutions, and home living products, but our deeper mission is to give people freedom from rising costs and create a fairer, more sustainable Ireland.

2. How does the €3-a-week subscription work?

For just €3 a week, you’ll be added to our list to receive solar panels installed at your home in the future. At the same time, your subscription supports the wider mission of building self-sufficient villages where energy, food, and water are free and abundant for everyone.

3. Why €3 a week?

Because small contributions add up to big change. Instead of paying thousands up front for energy solutions, together we can fund solar projects step by step—making clean, affordable power a reality for every household that joins.

4. Do I have to subscribe to be part of Emerald Heat & Living?

No. Anyone can shop our products without subscribing. But by joining the €3 subscription, you’re helping create real change and securing your place in a future where energy doesn’t cost the earth.

5. How do I know my subscription is being used for the right reasons?

We believe in trust and transparency. Every subscriber is placed on a secure list for solar installation, and we will share updates as the community fund grows and projects begin. This mission is private, people-powered, and built on fairness.

6. When will I get my solar panels?

The timeline depends on how quickly the community grows. The more households who join, the faster we can roll out installations. Our aim is to move with urgency—because every week that passes, energy bills keep rising.

7. What if I need to cancel my subscription?

You’re free to stop anytime, but cancelling will remove you from the solar installation list. You can always rejoin later and continue supporting the mission.

8. Why are you building sustainable villages?

Because we believe in freedom. Freedom from overpriced bills, freedom from being told what we can and can’t do on our own land, and freedom to live simply and fairly. Our long-term vision is to build self-sufficient villages across Ireland—places where people live side by side, sharing abundance, not struggling for survival.

9. Can people outside Ireland join?

Yes. Supporters from anywhere can contribute to the mission. Right now, solar installations are focused on Ireland, but the vision is global: clean, fair living for everyone.

10. How else can I help?

Share our story. Tell friends, family, and neighbours. The more people who stand together, the faster we can build a new way of living. Every voice matters, every subscription matters, and together, we can turn this vision into reality.
